Gareth is a director and Head of Private Client Department specialising in Wills, Probate and Court of Protection work and in the disputes arising from these matters.
He has a particular interest in tax planning and trusts issues. He is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Law Society’s Private Client Section and is a trustee of a number of family and charitable trusts. Married with two young children, Gareth is a committed petrolhead, wine buff and foodie.
