Cheltenham based Solicitors Hughes Paddison have made three significant new appointments to further strengthen their existing teams. Richard Handley, Peter Jackson, and Simon Hodges have all joined the firm at their offices in Royal Crescent.

Peter Jackson joins the firm as a Consultant Solicitor in the Private Client Department. He brings to the team a depth of experience acquired over 35 years. Peter specialises in Wills and the Administration of Estates, as well as Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning. Peter has been a member of the Law Society's Private Client section for many years.
Simon Hodges is an Associate Solicitor in the Residential Property team after nearly a decade working within the residential property department of another Cheltenham based firm. Simon has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of residential property related matters and has particular experience in dealing with the purchase and sale of retirement properties.
Managing Director, Jane Brothwood, commented on the appointments: “I am delighted to welcome Richard, Peter and Simon to the Hughes Paddison team. These new appointments are very much a statement of intent and the calibre of these individuals is a reflection of our desire to offer our clients and the local area, the best possible legal advice. All three have already hit the ground running and our clients are benefiting from their experience, knowledge and expertise”.
Richard Handley commented: “I have been aware for some years of the growing reputation of Hughes Paddison in the local area. I was particularly attracted by their phenomenally strong focus on delivering a very personal but professional level of service. I am very much looking forward to contributing to the future success of Hughes Paddison and meeting more of their clients”.
