Leah is a Solicitor in the Private Client Department. The variety of work she deals with consists of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, including Deputyship applications and Estate Planning.
Leah always strives to carry out her work with a professional and conscientious attitude, combined with an understanding of the need to provide clear, concise and practical advice tailored to her client's requirements and circumstances.
Leah graduated from the University of Plymouth with a 2:1 in her LLB Law degree and completed the Legal Practice Course and LLM in Professional Legal Practice with a Distinction at The University of Law. Leah qualified in October 2020 and is currently working towards her STEP qualification with the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. She is also a Dementia Friend.
As a Dementia Friend, Leah aims to provide the right support to even the most vulnerable of clients, in order for them to access the legal services that they require.
In her spare time, Leah is an avid reader, enjoys going to the gym and travelling to new countries. She is also on the Committee for the Cheltenham & Gloucester Junior Lawyers Division.
