Today the Government have announced there will be new legislation in divorce law. This new law will update the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 in due course. It will mean that, in the future when the legislation comes into force, divorcing couples will no longer have to ‘blame’ each other for the breakdown of their marriage. It is hoped the new law will help reduce family conflict.
Paul is a solicitor in the Commercial Property department. Paul qualified in December 2017 and deals with a broad range of general commercial property work including investments, development, and traditional landlord and tenant based work. Career highlights to date include the successful conclusion of a 50 unit residential development site and the strategic disposal of part of a multi million pound portfolio of investment properties. Paul regularly attends his local gym and enjoys playing a variety of sports and outdoor pursuits, particularly golf when time allows.
