The case of General Motors UK Ltd v The Manchester Ship Canal Company Ltd concerned a licence agreement which allowed General Motors to discharge surface water into the canal for a modest annual fee of £50.
Rosalin is a Trainee Solicitor in the Litigation department, assisting Rachel Stewart and Andrew Turner with a variety of aspects of their case load. Rosalin, although originally from Stockholm, attended university in London to obtain an LLB Law degree and moved on to City University London to obtain her LPC.
In her spare time, Rosalin enjoys watching and playing ice and field hockey, sailing and socialising with friends. Being a native Swede, she is fluent in Swedish, with high proficiency in Norwegian and a good working knowledge of Danish.
