We have created an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join our busy Commercial Property Department. We are an established law firm based in Cheltenham offering services to individuals, lenders and businesses. With around 70 employees the Company is successful and growing. We deal with all aspects of general commercial property work, including commercial and residential development, security advice to lenders, landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals for corporates, pension funds and individual investors, and corporate support. Working alongside the Department’s partners, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise in the commercial property market.

Key Requirements and Technical Ability

We are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 2 PQE. You will need experience in a wide range of commercial property work, including Landlord & Tenant, residential and commercial development.

You will

• be able to manage your own caseload

• be able to work as part of a team

• have strong organisational abilities

• have a pragmatic approach to problem solving

• be proficient in IT

Experience of working with the Proclaim practice management system is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
