Role: Solicitor - Private Client

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Private Client Department. You must be STEP qualified or working towards a STEP qualification.  While you may have some third parties who introduce work to you, you will have experience of working with colleagues in other practice areas to encourage the referral of clients to the Private Client department. Ideally you will have an interest in development and maintenance of precedents and you will be able to see the benefits of using a case management system for your work.

Role: Experienced Legal Secretary - Litigation and Company & Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team, working full time (35 hours per week: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) in our Litigation Department and Company Commercial Department.  

The successful candidate must have worked in the legal sector as a secretary and will have excellent knowledge of MS Word, including document formatting and tracking.  You will have excellent communication and client care skills and will be used to working in a busy environment.  Your duties will include use of Proclaim case management software, transcription of digital dictation, diary management, handling of confidential information and liaising with clients.  Ideally you will be familiar with litigation and company/commercial work but this is not essential as training will be provided.
