How to apply
We look to recruit candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong academic record and applicants who have already completed their LPC. We find candidates with legal experience and commercial awareness attractive.

In your covering letter we want to know why you have selected Hughes Paddison to train with. We tend to interview every 18 months to 2 years.
We tend to take two to three trainee’s each intake starting in either September or March each year.
At any one time the firm may have 4-6 trainees.
