A Proud Moment for Claire Holland and the Private Client Team

  • Posted

We are delighted to share some fantastic news from our Private Client team – Claire Holland has officially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive!

Many of you will already know Claire as a key member of our department, where she has been advising clients on Wills, inheritance tax planning, lasting powers of attorney, probate, and estate administration. Claire’s knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach have made her a trusted and valued adviser to so many of our clients over the years.

Claire's journey to qualification has been a real testament to her hard work and commitment. After graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in American Studies, Claire later followed her passion for law, gaining her second degree from the University of London in 2009. She has worked tirelessly to complete her Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice with CILEX, achieving a Distinction in Private Client Law – a real credit to her ability and determination.

Since joining Hughes Paddison five years ago, Claire has been an integral part of the Private Client department. Her skills in Will drafting, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, probate, estate, and trust administration have played a huge role in supporting our clients through often sensitive and complex matters.

Alongside her professional achievements, Claire is an active member of our Charity Committee and generously volunteers her time at various events supporting our chosen charities – something we know our clients and colleagues alike truly appreciate.

Outside of the office, Claire enjoys making the most of the great outdoors with her family, whether that's paddle boarding, heading off on long walks, or simply enjoying time together. When she gets the chance to relax, she loves nothing more than curling up with a good book.

On behalf of everyone at Hughes Paddison, we want to say a huge congratulations to Claire. We’re incredibly proud of her achievement and excited to see her continue to grow and flourish in her career as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Well done, Claire!
