Claire is a Graduate Legal Executive with the Private Client Team.

Claire advises people on their Wills and their Inheritance Tax position.  She assists with the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.  She also assists clients with estate and trust administration.

Experience

• Claire graduated from the University of Warwick in 2002 with a degree in American Studies.

• Her Second degree was in Law from the University of London in 2009.

• She has completed my Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice with CILEX with a Distinction in Private Client Law and am now working towards Chartered Legal Executive status whilst fee earning in the Private Client department.

• She has worked in the Private Client department at HP for 5 years. 

Memberships

Claire is on the Hughes Paddison Charity Committee and have volunteered at various events for our chosen Charity. 

Outside of work

Claire loves spending time in the outdoors with my family, paddle boarding and going for long walks.Indoors, she likes to curl up with a good book.
