Alivia is a Paralegal in the Private Client Department and joined the firm in 2026.

Alivia assists the Private Client team on a wide range of matters including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Probate.

• Alivia studied Law at the University of Gloucestershire and graduated in 2022 with second-class honours (1^st division).
• Alivia completed a Masters in Family Law and the LPC at University of Law Bristol, graduating in 2025 with a commendation
• Before joining Hughes Paddison, Alivia worked in a law firm as a paralegal in the Family team.

Outside of work

Outside of work Alivia enjoys spending time with her 6 dogs, attending dog agility training and spending time with them outside on walks. Additionally, Alivia plays badminton once a week.
