Emma is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property Department.

Emma assists businesses, investment companies and developers across a broad range of commercial property matters, including property sales and acquisitions and all aspects of leasehold transactions.  Additionally, as part of her role, Emma support other teams, including the Corporate and Commercial Department, with the property elements of transactions.

Experience

• Emma qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023. 
• After studying Law at the University of Nottingham, Emma completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. 
• Emma completed her training contract at a national law firm and undertook seats in teams including Commercial Property, Planning and Environmental, Corporate and Commercial Litigation. 

Outside of work

Outside of work, Emma enjoys coastal walks, exploring the Cotswolds and swimming.
