Jo currently assists our Director, Andrew Turner, in advising property owners, developers, and landlords and tenants across the commercial, residential and agricultural sectors.

• Advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants registered against residential property

• Assisting in a complex property dispute regarding the enforcement of service charge arrears and successfully concluding First Tier Property Tribunal proceedings

• Advising in relation to a contested application to the First Tier Property Tribunal to remove a unilateral notice.

• Assisting in relation to contested probate proceedings regarding disputed testamentary capacity

• Advising in a family dispute concerning prescriptive rights of way and adverse possession.
