Katie Buswell

Solicitor

Katie is a solicitor in our Family Department having been with the firm since 2007.

Katie deals with a wide range of cases and practices in all areas of family law including divorce, matrimonial finance, cohabitation disputes, pre-marital agreements and child law matters.

Katie is aware how upsetting and stressful a time family law disputes can be and therefore adopts a sensitive and empathetic approach when dealing with clients in helping achieve the best outcome and resolution for them. No one family matter is the same and Katie is mindful of the importance of being able to adapt her strategy and advice in order to suit a particular client or problem.

Katie is married with a very young family. In Katie’s (very limited) spare time she enjoys travelling, good food and wine and Pilates!
