Kathryn is a Licenced Conveyancer within the Residential Property Department.

Kathryn joined Hughes Paddison in 2025, primarily acting for clients purchasing retirement homes and assisting with a range of residential property matters. Kathryn helps clients purchasing retirement properties and deals with any related sales, ensuring the transactions are as smooth and stress free as possible.

• During her career Kathryn has worked in both private practice and in-house for one of the UK’s largest house building companies.
