Nigel has been a professional services manager for more than 20 years. He has been an HR Director and the Operations Director in a top 100 law firm and the CEO of a barristers chambers where he led the business for over 6 years. Nigel joined Hughes Paddison in 2018.

In his time outside of the business, Nigel enjoys mentoring a number of business people.
