Niamh is a Director in the Private Client Department at Hughes Paddison, specialising in wills, estate planning, probate and supporting elderly and vulnerable clients. Niamh helps individuals and families plan, protect their assets, and navigate the legal and practical responsibilities that arise following a bereavement. 

Niamh works with clients at all stages of life, from those planning ahead to safeguard their family’s future, to relatives supporting elderly or vulnerable loved ones, to executors managing the administration of an estate.

Niamh is committed to offering clear, practical guidance grounded in empathy, helping clients feel fully understood and confident as they navigate situations that can be emotionally demanding.

  • Acting in matters involving vulnerable clients and assisting attorneys and deputies with their responsibilities.
  • Supporting and advising families on the full probate process, including complex estates with varied assets (business and agricultural, property portfolios, and investments) trusts and cross-generational planning.
