Senior Associate

Tracey is a Senior Associate in the Family Department of Hughes Paddisonand and joined the firm in 2026.

Tracey assists both married and unmarried couples in dealing with issues arising out of a separation, including the resolution of financial issues, and in relation to private law children matters.   She also assists with parties trying to protect their positions within their relationships through Cohabitation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements.

Experience

  • She has experience of working in large city centre practices as well as small high street practices.

Outside of work

Tracey enjoys travelling, attending music concerts, watching football, pottering on her allotment and reading.  She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and the family dog.
