Our trainee program is designed to provide aspiring solicitors with the skills, experience, and professional development needed to build a successful legal career.

Through our trainee program you will gain exposure to multiple practice areas through several seat rotations, you will work on real cases, conduct legal research, and interact with clients under expert supervision. In addition, you will receive mentorship from senior solicitors, helping you develop both your technical and soft skills, and allowing you to flourish in the legal profession.

What we look for in a trainee

We seek motivated, ambitious individuals who are passionate and driven along with:

• A strong academic background in law (or equivalent qualifications)
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Great organisational and time management skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to learning
• An active team-player who is not afraid to roll-up their sleeves and help when its required
• Works well under pressure and can demonstrate some commercial awareness (legal industry trends and development, commercial interests of clients, the economic and political factors affecting the legal sector)
