Our aim is to let more people know about the benefits of family mediation and to encourage separating couples to think about family mediation as a way of helping them take control, make decisions together and build a positive future for them and their family.
How to apply
We look to recruit candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong academic record and who ideally will have passed their LPC by the time their training contract commences. We find candidates with legal experience and commercial awareness attractive.
The applications are closed for 2021-22 but will reopen for recruitment for the year for 2023. We will be inviting applicants to submit their applications from March 2022 and closing on 31st July 2022.
First interviews for successful candidates for 2023 will be invited for first interview late September/early October 2022.
We tend to take 2 to 3 trainees with each intake, starting in September or March each year. At any one time the company may have 4 – 6 trainees.
Any successful candidates may also be considered for a paralegal role, commencing 6 months in advance of their training contract start date.
