Walk4Hollie is the Hollie Gazzard Trust’s very special annual walk to remember the life of Hollie.

The walk starts this Sunday, so it's not too late to join in. Simply make a donation and join the fun.

Walk4Hollie is this Sunday and we are keen to encourage as many people to join in as we can.

You can either join the main event in Gloucester or start your own local Walk4Hollie event.

Meet at 10.00am and start the walk at 10.30am.

To enter Walk4Hollie, we ask for a suggested minimum donation of £5 per person.

Landlord's dispensation for major works: getting it right

Many residential landlords will be familiar with the requirement to consult with tenants before major works are carried out. The landlord's right to seek dispensation from the Tribunal where it has failed to consult is perhaps less well understood. In a recent Upper Tribunal appeal, Hughes Paddison successfully challenged the First Tier Tribunal’s interpretation of the law.
