Senior Associate

Carole is a solicitor in our private client team. She is a senior associate and specialises in wills, trusts, estate planning and administration. She works closely with Caroline farmer the head of private client department.

Carole is able to advise in most aspects of private client law to include will writing, powers of attorney, estate planning, trusts, estate administration and Court of Protection work.

Carole has a particular interest and expertise in advising elderly and vulnerable clients and obtained the STEP Advanced Diploma in Advising Vulnerable Clients in 2016.

Experience

Carole qualified as a solicitor in 2011 after completing a double French and English law degree. She grew up in Belgium, France and England and is bilingual in French and English. She joined Hughes Paddison as a senior associate in March 2023. She has been a full Member of Society of Trust & Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly since 2018.

Outside of work

Carole loves travelling and learning languages. She speaks French, English and German and is learning Italian. She enjoys reading, gardening, and walking her dog with her husband and little girl.
