Diane is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Family Team.

Diane helps her clients through all aspects of their relationship breakdown, from assisting in navigating them through the divorce and financial aspects to reach a conclusion to assisting with issues concerning their children.  She also helps clients who require assistance with domestic abuse.

Key Skills

• Children Act proceedings including cases where there is a risk of harm to the children

• Financial proceedings both in proceedings and being dealt with by negotiation

• Domestic abuse and issues surrounding that

• Some advocacy – Helping some vulnerable clients who may need help with standing up for their rights and defending themselves.  

Experience

• Diane works alongside Managing Partner, Jane Brothwood and deals with a wide range of cases and practices in all areas of family law. Diane also deals with particularly complex private law children matters and domestic abuse.

• Diane adopts a no nonsense, practical but sensitive approach and does her utmost to achieve the best outcome for clients whilst ensuring they are guided and supported through what can be a distressing and trying time.
