Hannah assists Laura Allright with new build retirement purchases and all other types of residential property matters.

Key skills

• Initial stages of the transaction, i.e. quotations, file opening etc.

• Drafting contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents.

• All Land Registry queries from ordering official copies to submitting registrations.

• Dealing with buyer’s solicitors enquiries.

• Requesting property searches.

• Dealing with all parties in the transaction, clients, estate agents, management companies, mortgage brokers etc.

• All completion protocol including the preparation and payment of SDLT.

Experience

Hannah has worked in Conveyancing since 2018 and can assist with all aspects of conveyancing from the very beginning to exchange/completion.  

Outside of work

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys socialising with family/friends and holidaying.
