Registering your business’s name and/or logo as a trade mark can be an important way to safeguard your most valuable asset.

Failure to do so can provide an opportunity for others to copy you, and to confuse your customers about who does what, intentionally or otherwise

You can register a trade mark to protect your brand and identity of your product or service. When you register your trade mark, you’ll be able to:

prove that the brand is yours and warn others against using it
