Certification and Verification of Documents

There will be times when you need to provide original documentation, or prove its existence, in order to make certain applications.

This can include applying for a mortgage, tax clearance or bank account. Or in the case of Lasting Power of Attorney, when registering with a donor’s bank for third party access or to provide proof of authority to manage a donor’s financial affairs and property.

In these cases, when you don’t want to post the original document you’ll need to provide a certified or verified version of the document. This is a true copy of the original document that is signed and dated by a lawyer.

Our team of highly experienced lawyers are able to offer a full certification and verification of documents service.
